I initially made this recipe because I was following the Paleo diet but I wasn't ready to give up spaghetti. I was a little skeptical about it when I saw the pictures that went along with the recipe but I figured I would give it a shot. Much to my surprise I absolutely loved it, I'm no longer following the Paleo diet but I still make this recipe regularly.
